It is very cool seeing all the different colors and styles of these cars. Each car has an individual touch..

There were many very nice trucks out today for the show, this is a good example of what came out.

More cruzin the streets looking for shows-Mt. Vernon, WA

On the way back from Oak Harbor, WA...Mantis hit Mt. Vernon and located a car show that was finished for the day. There were still a few cars left-enjoying the evening sun. That "Super Bee" sure is sweet!

Car shows are happening all over the Pacific Northwest. Mantis happened to be cruzin up near Dececption Pass and hit Oak Harbor. They had the Mopar Car Club and some other cool cats hanging out with their ridz. Take a look at some of these gems.

This car started off as a 1941 pontiac coupe? Look at it now....WOW! How cool!

This car is a 1939 ford, notice the aluminum "Carson style" top and the aluminum hood. This stage is the most fun for us to see. The cars undergo quite a transformation..

What a great treat to go to Divers Street rods (www.diversstreetrods.com) for a thursday night garage meeting!!A whole lot of cool cars, good eats, great people and fun projects to look @ in the build stage...Thanks Tim and everyone from your build team!

Evergreen Speedway promoting the Slamfest Demo Derby

Check out some of the upcoming events that Evergreen Speedway has on the schedule. They are promoting the Slamfest Demo Derby in Puyallup, WA April 17th-20th.

The Evergreen State Fairgrounds in Monroe, WA should be hopping this year. Again take a look at the schedule of The Super Speedway of the West.

Pacific Raceways Season Opener in Kent, WA

Mantis meets Racing Legends and their Dragsters

Here is Kevin Brown and Steve Lazar of Mantis Rodz pictured with Bill Halevos and Jerry King. They raced in the days with Don Garlits, Don Prudhomme and the likes.
