MANTIS: MantisRodz stands for the proposition that designing and building rods and custom cars are best enjoyed with copious amounts of tastefully but scantily clad women, your favorite beverage, and any food with grill marks on it. As a RodzReader, you’ll come to enjoy plenty of the above – especially if you take the time to submit your favorite images.

Grub. Suds, Hounds. And, Chicks. Along with Rods, these are a few of our favorite things (though, not necessarily in that order). Submit your photos and commentary on Food, Beverages, Pets and Women. Here are a few other ideas to add to your lifestyle favorites: vacations, vaction homes, sports, rigs, choppers, boats and how about tattoos? Remember that kids play an important role on this site-and Mantis intends for this to be a suitable place for the entire family. All of these have some car-culture-connection. Blog away…

Meet future racing stars Hunter and Peyton

Mantis wanted to thank these future racing stars Hunter and Peyton for talking about their adventures in racing. Take a look at the Washington Quarter Midget Association and find out more about the events. Mantis Rodz knows it's all about the kids. Thanks again Hunter and Peyton!

Mantis Rodz is about family and kids!

Mantis wants to give a special thanks to the families that stopped by our booth at the Seattle Roadster Show. It's always great to see smiling faces-and being able to pass a little something along for the kids-is a lot of fun. Here is a photo of just one of those families-the kids were great! Thanks again for stopping by!

Mike's R/C World members getting ready for the event!

Now here's an awesome event! Check out Mike's R/C World Indoor Off-Road Racetrack's members making the final touches to their rides before hitting the dirt. Kids, teens, adults...boys and girls particpate in this action-packed fun. Mantis enjoyed talking with all the particpants and was thankful to snap some photos. Do any of Mike's R/C World members spot some familiar faces? Thanks again Mike and R/C World members-hope to see you again soon!
